Privacy Policy

GUSTA TECHNO built the mSMO (Mobile Sales Man Order) app as a commercial business application for authorized users only. This Service is provided by GUSTA TECHNO and is intended for use only by approved personnel, dealers, agents, distributors, or other users authorized by the relevant organization.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use the mSMO application.

By using this Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Scope and Restricted Access

mSMO is a restricted business application and is not intended for public use. The app can be used only in environments where the required backend setup has been installed and configured by the relevant organization.

The app will function only when the device is connected to an authorized server network, such as designated Wi-Fi or other approved internal network infrastructure.

Access to mSMO is limited to authorized users and authorized technical environments. The app does not operate as a general public internet service and may not function outside the organization’s configured backend server environment and approved Wi-Fi or internal network setup.

Information We Collect

While using our Service, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Login and account information, such as user ID, agent code, account status, and related information required to verify and authorize access to the Service.
  • Device-related information, such as device identifiers and technical information required for device registration, login validation, session control, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Business and transaction data, such as customer details, product details, sales order information, order history, and related operational records entered, submitted, or viewed through the app.
  • Uploaded content, such as purchase order images, attachments, scanned barcode or QR code data, signatures, photographs, and similar business documents submitted through the app.
  • Usage and technical information, such as app version, connection details, locally configured server URL, error logs, and basic diagnostic information required for support, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected through mSMO to:

  • authenticate users and manage secure access;
  • connect the app to approved backend servers;
  • process and manage sales orders and related workflows;
  • register and validate devices used for authorized business operations;
  • enable barcode or QR code scanning, image capture, signature capture, and attachment uploads for operational purposes;
  • maintain records, order history, and workflow continuity;
  • diagnose technical issues, improve app reliability, and support users;
  • prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, audit, and internal business requirements.

Device Permissions

The app may request access to certain device features only as needed for business functions, including:

  • Camera, to capture photographs and support barcode or QR code scanning.
  • Photos, media, or files, to select and upload purchase order images, attachments, or related business documents.
  • Internet and network access, to connect to approved servers and perform application functions.

These permissions are used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the operational requirements of the Service.

Users may manage certain permissions through their device settings. Disabling a required permission may prevent some app features from functioning correctly.

Local Storage on Your Device

To support app functionality, mSMO may store limited information locally on your device, such as:

  • saved server or connection settings;
  • user ID, agent code, user preferences, or session-related information, where applicable;
  • cached customer, product, order, or transaction-related data required for app performance;
  • device registration information; and
  • temporary image, attachment, or document data related to app workflows.

Such locally stored information is used only to support the Service and may remain on the device until removed by the app, the relevant organization, or the user in accordance with applicable device settings and organizational policies.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information collected or processed through mSMO.

Information may be shared only as necessary with:

  • the organization that authorized the user’s access to mSMO;
  • authorized departments, units, administrators, or reporting offices managing the relevant operations;
  • affiliated business entities handling related sales, dealer, booth, distribution, or business activities;
  • service providers or technology partners engaged for hosting, maintenance, infrastructure, diagnostics, support, or related operational services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
  • professional advisers, auditors, or consultants where reasonably required; and
  • legal, regulatory, judicial, or governmental authorities where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, audit, or compliance obligation.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect the security, integrity, rights, or lawful interests of GUSTA TECHNO, the relevant organization, authorized users, or other parties.

Data Retention

Information processed through mSMO is retained only for as long as necessary for operational, contractual, legal, regulatory, security, recordkeeping, or audit purposes.

Because mSMO functions as a business operations platform, certain records, such as order history, device registration logs, uploaded documents, audit records, and transaction data, may be retained by the relevant organization even after a user’s access to the app has been disabled.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the relevant organization’s requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Account Creation, Deactivation, and Data Deletion

User accounts for mSMO are created and managed by the relevant organization or its authorized administrator. Authorized users cannot create an account directly through the app.

To request account deactivation, correction of personal information, access to personal information, or deletion of personal information, an authorized user may contact GUSTA TECHNO using the contact details provided below.

GUSTA TECHNO may coordinate with the relevant organization or its authorized administrator when processing a request.

Users may be required to provide their user ID, agent code, device information, organization name, or other account-related details for verification before a request is processed.

Requests may be subject to applicable operational, contractual, legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, security, and audit requirements.

Where certain information must be retained, the user’s access may be deactivated while relevant historical transaction records, business documents, audit records, or other required information continue to be retained.

Security

We value the security of your information and use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission, network communication, or data storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account access details, preventing unauthorized use of their devices, and using the app only on authorized devices and approved networks.

Users should promptly report any suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incident.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party libraries, software development kits, infrastructure services, or technical components to support functionality such as image handling, barcode or QR code scanning, device integration, connectivity, diagnostics, security, hosting, or technical support.

Such components are used only to support the app’s legitimate business operation, maintenance, and security.

Third-party service providers that process information on behalf of GUSTA TECHNO or the relevant organization may be required to comply with appropriate confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations.

Platform-Specific Information

mSMO is intended to operate as a common business application across supported mobile platforms.

Some features, permission names, security controls, and operating system behaviors may differ between Android and iOS.

Where such differences exist, the app will operate subject to the technical, privacy, and security requirements of the relevant platform.

Children’s Privacy

This Service is intended only for authorized business users and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through this Service.

If we become aware that information from a child has been collected through the Service without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to address the matter in accordance with applicable requirements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, operational practices, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.

Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is posted or otherwise made available to authorized users.

Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 16, 2026.
